SPARQ® Summer '19 release once again designed with insights from current customers
Vancouver, BC, August 28, 2019--(T-Net)--Vision Critical, a customer insights company building customer trust and creating new business value through the collection and application of consent data, has released its SPARQ® Summer '19 platform update. The latest version is available to all customers.
Developed in close collaboration with Vision Critical customers, SPARQ Summer '19 makes commonly used distribution and activity workflows more efficient. Improved functionality provides easier utilization for administrators and faster service to increase productivity. The update also provides a heightened experience for members.
This release strengthens Vision Critical's role as an authority in the collection and application of consent data by increasing its customers' confidence in knowing how their data is being used. The release also provides the ability for our customers' insight community members to opt out of the sale of personal data that facilitates compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations well in advance of its effective date on January 1, 2020.
Enhancements include the ability for users to leverage a template library to save and share templates across insight communities and with other community managers to increase both collaboration and efficiency. Significant user experience advancements have also been made to simplify and improve the survey invitation and distribution process.
