Canadian Government Invests in Two BC CleanTech Start-Ups: Click Materials ($4.6M) and CryoLogistics ($2.1M)

Ten projects that help reduce environmental impacts and create a more competitive economy
Vancouver, BC, June 18, 2020--(T-Net)--The Government of Canada announced today an investment of 6.7 million into two BC cleantech start-ups, as part of an overall $41.8 million invested in 10 Canadian cleantech companies that are taking new solutions to market.

All 10 projects announced received funding and support from Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC), which helps Canadian entrepreneurs accelerate the development and deployment of globally competitive clean technology solutions.
"Cleantech companies like the ones we are investing in today are helping to position Canada as a leader in an expanding market as investors and businesses seek sustainable growth. Investments in clean technology support the work of Canadian innovators to reduce Canada's environmental footprint and grow economic opportunities." said Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry.
