About Virtro
Virtro Accelerates Learning. Artificial Intelligent Virtual Humans provide support in our Immersive Practice Simulations delivered via Virtual Reality or Interactive WebXR. Practice simulations foster unparalleled levels of engagement because the learner is actively interacting in both practical skills and tasks as well as having a coach by their side to answer questions or act as a character in the practice simulation.
Virtro works hand in hand with content experts from your team to design purposeful and task-based activities to heighten learner engagement in the simulation activity. The realism of the 3D worlds in VR or the interactive WebXR simulations provides the learners with the context they need, for the material they are learning. This contextualization helps to amplify the knowledge and skills acquisition process.
Engaging with Virtual Humans to undertake practice simulations relieves the demand for instructors/mentors to be participants in each practice session, paving the way for learners to practice more frequently and at a time and location more convenient to their schedules.
Instructors/mentors can focus their time and attention on using the metrics and analytics provided through the instructor/mentor portals to provide learners with more personalized coaching and support. Learners also can access the same data through their own portal, allowing for self-reflection and review as they undertake the various training sessions.
This transformative process delivers measurably faster and more focused learning experiences with higher retention rates of information and replicable skills through repetitive practice experiences.
