Largest Mobile EV Charger in Canada to Be Deployed in the Kootenays This Summer

Vancouver, BC, April 30, 2021--A Vancouver company is building a mobile electric vehicle charger to be showcased this summer in the Kootenay area of B.C. It will be the largest of its kind in Canada. Mark Rabin, founder of Portable Electric, said the $200,000 unit had been bought by Teck Resources and would be used by the Community Energy Association to provide electric top-up for vehicles throughout the region as a way to showcase the technology.
