B.C. Takes Another Shot at Long-Promised Hydrogen Transportation Development

Vancouver, BC, July 7, 2021--B.C. is making a new bid to develop hydrogen as a clean alternative fuel source with a particular emphasis on heavy, commercial transportation, Energy Minister Bruce Ralston announced Tuesday. "I think the time is a very different time and the resources and the expertise that is being committed to this has really changed the game in heavy-duty transportation," Ralston said in unveiling B.C.'s strategy document, with a 64-point plan aimed at developing hydrogen's next iteration in the province.
