Vancouver, BC, August 16, 2021--(T-Net)--Quantum Pigeon (QP), a Vancouver-based messaging app for creators & fans has quietly raised over $7.5 million (US $6 million) in seed funding from a number of unnamed investors, according to a tweet on the QP Twitter page, and original reporting from tech news site The Information.

QP is a messenger-first social media platform designed to help creators of all kinds engage, interact & monetize their content. Creators can start a free, access paid channels, receive tips or charge subscriptions for content.

The company's CEO and Founder is Alex Clark who previously co-founded Bit Stew Systems in Vancouver which sold to GE for over $200 million in 2016.

Quantum Pigeon previously raised a $2.2 million seed round in November 2020, and currently has offices in the Yaletown area of Vancouver.
