Monday, August 23, 2021
Vancouver, BC, August 23, 2021--BC government and health officials announced that the province is implementing a wide-reaching policy requiring citizens to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to access many non-essential events such as sporting events, nightclubs, restaurants, concerts, fitness facilities and movies. Starting Sept. 13, British Columbians, 12 years and older, will need to have at least one dose of vaccine to enter certain social, recreational and discretionary events and businesses, and by Oct. 24, only fully vaccinated people will be permitted entry into those settings.
