Vancouver, BC, August 3, 2021--Three B.C. companies that are part of the province's burgeoning biotech sector were in the spotlight Wednesday as the federal government unveiled a strategy to support and grow the industry. The strategy is meant, in part, to better prepare Canada for a next pandemic and includes supporting research and education, bolstering companies in areas of emerging strengths, strengthening governance and ensuring the country has world-class, competitive regulations.
