Jessie brings deep experience to the Canadian Digital Service (CDS) including previously serving as Chief Technology Officer at the City of Vancouver.
She is a recognized digital leader and advisor, with a track record of delivery and impact in the public and private sectors. She's led work in municipal government, telecommunications, and financial services.
