Victoria, BC, March 1, 2022--(T-Net)--Plurilock Security Inc. (TSXV: PLUR) (OTCQB: PLCKF) and related subsidiaries, an identity-centric cybersecurity solutions provider for workforces, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aurora Systems Consulting, Inc., has received a purchase order totaling US$304,000 from a California state utility organization.
All contracts and orders announced by PlurilockTM and its subsidiaries since January 1, 2022, including the latest orders, represent a combined total of roughly US$1.16 million in sales. This order was secured through an open bid process and aligns with Plurilock's stated goal of securing contracts across key industry verticals.
According to Dark Reading, in a study done on critical infrastructure organizations, 83% of these entities reported that they had suffered a cybersecurity breach in the last 36 months.1 This underscores the importance of utility organizations investing in cybersecurity tools and vendors that understand the challenges posed by the growing cyber threat.
Per the terms of the purchase order, Aurora will provide the California state utility organization with risk-based vulnerability management software and maintenance support.
