WonderFi Technologies Announces Submission of NASDAQ Listing Application and Filing of SEC Registration Statement
Vancouver, BC, August 31, 2022--(T-Net)--WonderFi Technologies Inc. (TSX: WNDR, OTCQB: WONDF) announced today that it has submitted an application to list its common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market and has concurrently filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States.
Pursuing both a NASDAQ listing and registration of the Shares in the United States enables the Company to accelerate its previously announced international expansion strategy to enhance shareholder value, while attracting institutional and retail investors globally.
Listing of the Shares on NASDAQ and registration in the United States remains subject to the approval by NASDAQ and the SEC, as well as the satisfaction of all applicable listing and regulatory requirements.
