Well Health Technologies Announces New $30 Million Financing to Fund Growth Initiatives and Acquisitions

Vancouver, BC, May 17, 2022--WELL Health Technologies Corp. (TSX: WELL) announced that it has entered into an agreement pursuant to which Eight Capital and Stifel GMP as joint bookrunners and co-lead underwriters, together with a syndicate of underwriters, will purchase, on a bought deal basis, 8,109,000 common shares in the capital of the Company, subject to all regulatory approvals, at a price of $3.70 per Share for gross proceeds of $30.0 million.
