Health and Technology District Unveils new City Centre 2 building in Surrey, with Safe Software as Anchor Tenant (54,000 sq')

Lark Group welcomes Safe Software and Regent Christian Academy as anchor tenants of the new City Centre 2 building in Surrey's Health and Technology District
Surrey, BC, June 12, 2018--(T-Net)--The Health and Technology District in Surrey, BC has unveiled its new City Centre 2 building (developed by Lark Group) as it continues its expansion directly across from Surrey Memorial Hospital, and further advancing Surrey's evolving innovation ecosystem.
Safe Software will be the anchor tenant with the top 5 floors, and 54,000 sq' of space in the total 185,000 sq' building.

The Lark Group developed the Health and Technology District in anticipation of the rapidly growing health and technology sector in B.C.
City Centre 2 is the newest addition to this rapidly emerging technology cluster with this 185,000 square-foot, 12-storey LEED Gold certified building, with plans for up to eight buildings in the immediate area.
Upon completion, the overall District will consist of over 1.5 million square-feet and estimates over 15,000 jobs, and will contribute over $1.1 billion annually into B.C.'s economy.
Surrey's tech powerhouse (and long time T-Net client) Safe Software will be the anchor tenant of City Centre 2, occupying the top five floors with over 54,000 square-foot of space for their growing team comprised of more than 150 employees.
Their brand new office space includes a state-of-the-art 4,000 square-foot cafeteria, a 6,000 square-foot roof-top garden terrace and green space with a multi-level deck and walking path, a well as a fully equipped fitness centre and amenities for their employees.
