Vancouver, BC, May 28, 2009--(T-Net)--CloudBench Applications, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CBH) today announced that Clive Daniel has resigned as CFO of the Company and has been replaced by Ian Power, a director of the Company since July 2008. Before joining the Company, Mr. Power held CFO positions with several local companies including Strand Capital Corp., Pender Growth Fund (VCC) Inc. and Norsat International Inc.
"We would like to thank Clive for his efforts with the company over the last three years especially his assistance with the sale of our enterprise software business in 2008. We wish him well in his future endeavors," said President and CEO, David Roberts.
