QuickMobile Appoints David Smith As New CEO

Vancouver, BC, November 5, 2015--(T-Net)--QuickMobile, a leader in enterprise mobile meeting and event apps, today announced the appointment of David Smith as its new Chief Executive Officer.
A veteran technology leader with an extensive background in sales, marketing, product management and finance, Smith joins QuickMobile to lead the company through its next phase of growth.

Prior to joining QuickMobile, David was CEO at Elix Wireless Charging Systems and has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies including Nortel Networks and Pitney Bowes.

Smith's extensive background also includes leadership roles at several start-ups such as Sea to Sky Gondola Corporation, Convedia Corporation, and Icron Technologies Corporation. He holds an MBA from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
