Ryan Holmes Steps Down as CEO of Hootsuite, Company to Undertake Search for New CEO

Vancouver, BC, November 6, 2019--(T-Net)--Ryan Holmes, the founder and CEO of Vancouver-based social media management platform and unicorn company Hootsuite has announced his exit as the company's CEO in a Twitter post.
Ryan has lead Hootsuite over the past 10 years from a small local startup company to a global enterprise of more than 1,000 employees supporting over 200,000 organizations.
He noted in his Twitter announcement that he will be moving to an "Executive Chairman" role once a new CEO is found for the company.

It's with a grateful heart that I'm announcing the start of a search for Hootsuite's next CEO candidate. It's been an honour of my lifetime to lead Hootsuite from a small company to a global enterprise of more than 1,000 employees supporting over 200,000 organizations.
