Description of Service: Perform QA activities to enable CMS releases.
Specific Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Discussing and reviewing CMS business test scenarios.
- Reusing and combining IT and Business test scenarios and test cases.
- UAT triage support, coordinating between the business areas.
- Review BA requirements and check for gaps.
- Testing Data Setup.
- Production incidents investigation and root cause analysis.
- Managing and executing CMS batch processes (internal & external interfaces).
- Participating in Sprint Planning - test planning, impact and estimation.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 15+ years experience working in the software Quality Assurance field.
- 10+ years' experience of WSBC Claims Management System domain.
- Extensive experience in test lifecycle (planning, design, execution, reporting).
- Collaborates and interacts effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership and participants from multiple areas.
- DevOps experience - contributes to the continuous integration, continuous release and continuous deployment processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both in text and oral, as well as the creation of visual presentations with project teams, product owners and business stakeholders.
- Must be able to comply with the company's Employee and Contractor Mandatory Vaccine Policy.
